RJP & Associates, Inc. offers a variety of services that provides
you with a full range of Recruiting Solutions. Our services are
geared to bring you the most qualified candidates to fit your
current needs in a timely fashion based on the parameters that
you have set.
Our Services:
- Recruiting Services — We offer the traditional
Retained and Contingency recruiting services.
- Outsourcing Services — We provide all the necessary
tools to serve as your recruiting department. This service can
function at your location or ours.
- Staffing Services — We provide Contract Recruiters
to our clients for up to 6 months if necessary. This service
is provided at an hourly rate.
Additional Services:
- Temporary — We provide this service when the
client has a short term need that must be addressed.
- Contract — We provide a candidate on an hourly
"contractual" basis. Each situation is unique and can vary in
length.
- Contract to Hire — We provide a candidate on
a "contractual" basis, and you have the ability to hire the
candidate as a full-time employee after a pre-set time.
